At Rast Wallets, every wallet is carefully made and prepared to order. Because of this, please allow time for your order to be crafted, packed, and shipped.
Most Rast Wallets orders are handmade and made to order.
Production time: 1–3 weeks before your order ships.
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that the 1–3 week production time is separate from the shipping/delivery time.
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Canada: 1–5 business days
United States: 1–5 business days
International: 7–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Rast Wallets' control.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Rast Wallets is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate address-change requests before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered production or shipped.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Rast Wallets is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbours, building management, and the carrier. We may also assist with a carrier investigation where available.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Rast Wallets does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
While we work hard to meet our estimated timelines, Rast Wallets cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
